Weekly Backups

Having a backup copy of your hosted content is important – one never knows when something would go wrong. And having ordered the Managed Services deal, you will take advantage of regular backups of your whole VPS, not only of your data, without you having to set up and configure anything. And the backups are always kept on a server with multiple RAID–configured hard disks. This means that your content will always be safe and sound, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server gives you an almost infinite set of possibilities, you will often have to install additional software applications. And that’s where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can help you out. It’s an integral part of our Managed Services offer, which enables you to call for any of our professional tech support engineers to install and configure any software app and to take care of any problem that you are experiencing with the Virtual Private Server.

Our Managed Services deal is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. It’s an add–on for the KVM VPS Plans.
